Los Angeles based jewelry designer Susan Ankersen, grew up in a small town on the west coast of Denmark. Susan traveled often to California in the 90′s, originally to learn English (which she has accomplished!) and fell in love with the beauty and warmth of California and the diversity of Los Angeles. After finishing college she settled in the City of Angels and introduced her first jewelry collection in 2004.

Susan’s Scandinavian heritage is reflected in her unique designs as is her great love of gemstones and their healing properties.  Each piece is designed with deliberate thought and careful selection of textures and colors. Her use of unique stones found during her travels – bold stones and rough unpolished gems, combined with pure sterling silver and 14 karat gold fill; make many of her pieces one-of-a-kind. Her creations express power and grace. They reflect the individuality and sophistication of the discriminating women who wear them. She wants you to enjoy wearing them, as much as she enjoys creating each and every piece.
