Gosh I remember celebrating the new millennium, and it does not seem so long ago. Well come to think of it, a lot of stuff has happened and changed since then. For one I started SusanAnkersen Jewelry, and am enjoying and loving creating designs with amazing gems.  So with this new blog….yes a New Years resolution, I hope to enchant you with an abundance of gems, pictures and perhaps the odd not-so gourmet recipe every once in a while!

To start off the new year I took a nice hike in the hills of Los Angeles. Such a beautiful day!
