Olfactory art piece created for the Lynchland Exhibit at Torrance Art Museum. This work was diffused into the exhibit space from January – March 2022. Being slightly colder months (even in California) I wanted to compose this creation with heavier basenotes, to also reflect the noir nature of David Lynch’s films; eluding to a space that is dark, sultry and smokey. A few edits later (17 re-formulations to be exact) I included several of my special vintage bases and made a good batch. So for your consideration I have a very limited edition available for sale.
Base notes: Labdanum, Vetiver, Amber, Patchouli, Musk, Ambergris Tincture, Vanilla
Scent Family: Spicy Amber
Wisps of fresh spicy Pink Pepper and herbal sweet Clary Sage give way to a velvety floral Carnation, the extremely rich and intoxicating flower with hints of honey and a dollop of feisty clove for good measure. Patchouli along with Vetiver whisks you into a dark corner of the world and hones in on endless dry ambery tobacco with a touch of Birch Tar to represent the inevitable plume of smoke from David Lynch’s cigarette

However, the natural chemicals in essential oils, absolutes, concretes and manmade molecules in this fragrance may cause skin irritation or other adverse reaction in a small percentage of people. Your purchase will be handcrafted especially for you, with love upon payment and then packed by hand. I prepare shipments and bring to my local pos office Monday and Thursdays (or within 1-3 working days) excluding national holidays.
