Returns are available for jewelry ONLY Not Perfumes

I want you to be absolutely satisfied with your new jewelry and gladly accept returns. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase. Your new and unused jewelry must be received within 30 days of receipt in unworn condition and in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Any product issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns must include all products shipped, including any gift with purchase, promotional products or samples.
  • We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Products specified as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.
  • Please allow 14 business days for me to receive and process your return or exchange.
  • Custom orders and sample sale promotions are non-refundable and can be exchanged for another purchase only.


Exchanges for jewelry ONLY not perfumes

You may exchange your purchase within 14 days for another piece of jewelry or have it customized per your specifications. Please contact customer service here to let me know what jewelry you would like to receive for your return and I will credit or charge according to your returned item.


How to Return

Should you decide to return a product please email our Customer Care team at here with the following information:

  • Order #
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Reason for return/exchange

Failure to include this information will delay processing and/or your return will be sent back to you.

Once a package has been confirmed delivered Susan Ankersen is no longer responsible for package.

**No refund is offered if parcel gets stolen after it’s been confirmed on tracking as “delivered”**
